Rene joined Guardian Trust in November 2020 as Head of Risk and Compliance and is responsible for managing our risk framework and compliance obligations. Rene brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance and risk management from senior roles with large retail and financial entities (consumer credit and insurance) in both New Zealand and overseas.
Rene holds a MBA from Gordon Institute of Business, South Africa. She also has experience in rehabilitation of companies in financial distress and winding up of businesses.
